We are very happy to have PMS managing our property. James and Lee are competent, highly experienced, and found a tenant quickly when another local agent had failed us. Some teething issues were quickly fixed by local tradespeople (imploding boiler!) and their cleaner made the house immaculate. There is not a better agent in the Chichester area.

We thought the service was very good. Professional and friendly and kept us informed on all the stages. They helped us negotiate with the seller on a few things about the house that we were buying. The champagne and hamper on completion was also a nice surprise!

PMS have been fab with us in the couple years we've been tenants, we've never had even the slightest hassle with a landlord, the few issues we've had with the property have been sorted out immediately, and we're happy. We were worried living above a shop was gonna be a bit of a pain, but it's been no aggro at all.

I have rented through 5 separate landlords or agents and this is the first one I feel has treated me with respect. Beyond that, they are responsive and professional. They have always been upfront about any costs or fees and have never even mentioned charging for repairs. They have handled my need to shield over the pandemic very seriously but have still made sure my property is safe and arranged repairs where needed. The portal for contracts and documents is very clear and handy and they are responsive to email AND have an external emergency number for out of hours. Overall, I am very happy with this agency and would fully recommend them

If there are any problems they usually have already sorted out options to solve the problem before contacting me, so making decisions easier and quicker and taking most of the stress off my shoulders.
