At PMS Lettings & Sales, we firmly believe that estate agency, residential lettings and property management is a people business.
We are a single office, independent lettings and estate agency located in the heart of Chichester, West Sussex and we have been in the business of helping people move since 1988.
Our dedicated team of lettings agents and property professionals have in-depth industry knowledge and experience (with over 65 years of experience between us!) and are absolutely committed to looking after landlords and tenants – and their properties – with both care and commitment.
When it comes to sales, we are proud that so much of our estate agency business is repeat business, testament to the bespoke service we offer to people moving homes. We will strive to sell your home at the right price and in the right time frame.
Property marketing
We always go the extra mile to help you get the most out of your property marketing. We take great property photography and create awesome marketing materials to help you maximise your asset.
Sales
Through our bespoke advertising platforms, we attract the best buyers to the best properties. We handle all buyer enquiries within 30 minutes of receiving their enquiry. Once a sale has been agreed we keep all parties informed of the sales process right up to completion.
Lettings
We connect the best tenants with the best properties. We handle all tenant onboarding – from accompanied viewings, comprehensive referencing, deposit registration, tenancy agreement setup, drafting the inventory, check-ins and check-outs.
Property Management
Our dedicated property management team work with trusted local contractors to help maintain your properties and keep you compliant with the ever-changing legal legislations.
