I have rented through 5 separate landlords or agents and this is the first one I feel has treated me with respect. Beyond that, they are responsive and professional. They have always been upfront about any costs or fees and have never even mentioned charging for repairs. They have handled my need to shield over the pandemic very seriously but have still made sure my property is safe and arranged repairs where needed. The portal for contracts and documents is very clear and handy and they are responsive to email AND have an external emergency number for out of hours. Overall, I am very happy with this agency and would fully recommend them
